Direct from Havana, Cuba and making their USA debut is The Habana Boys. The four classically-trained tenors: Ian Sanchez, Yunior Luis, Giraldo Carmenate, and Rey Reyes; together with their band: Elio Piedra, drums and foreign tour manager; Hector Quintana, guitar and musical director; Livan Mesa, piano; and Yorgis Goiricelaya, bass, began their U.S. tour last month.
So far, they have performed a number of shows in Key West, South Florida, Jacksonville, North Carolina, and will be culminating with two performances at The Lehman Center in New York City in mid-March.
